VIPTripRewards.com would ask that you not:

• Use our website in or for any other manner than the purpose for which it was developed.

• Transmit to our website any type of virus or other computer program that might damage or otherwise interfere with the operation of our website or transmit data from our website to any other.

Liability Limitation and Release

VAMH LLC, its officers, employees, affiliates, and assigns will not be liable for any damages occurring to a user’s computer or computer program when using the internet and connected to the VIPTripRewards.com website. A user’s sole and exclusive remedy is to cease using the website and our service.

As such, each user agrees to release VAMH LLC,  its affiliates, assigns, partners, vendors, service providers, and contractors and each of their respective agents, directors, officers, employees, and all other related persons or entities from any and all manner of rights, claims, complaints, demands, causes of action, proceedings, liabilities, obligations, legal fees, costs, and disbursements of any nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown, which may arise from, relate to, or are connected with your use of our service.

Terms and Conditions

VAMH LLC reserves the right to determine the final design, layout, and look and feel of our website. Final design and layout may change, without notice, from time to time. The company may amend any vacation package (travel rewards) without notice. VAMH LLC is not responsible and has no liability for any financial loss due to any additional purchases on any vacation with respect to a timeshare tour that a traveler may choose to take.

Any traveler that purchases a vacation package (travel rewards) from VAMH LLC is responsible for reading the terms and conditions on each certificate. Travelers will be responsible for any room taxes, airline taxes, and cruise taxes/port fees.  A $5 - $25.00 USD tax deposit is required with each certificate toward the payment of government imposed taxes, which must be in the form of a check, money order or certified funds.  Telephone reservations or inquiries cannot be accepted until the completed reservation form and tax deposit, has been received. Holiday Travel of America (preferred travel fulfillment center) will acknowledge receipt of your reservation form within fourteen days of receipt. Reservations must be submitted at least sixty-ninety days in advance, and are subject to space availability at the time of booking, so make your reservations early, especially for holidays or peak seasons. Holiday Travel of America will confirm your reservations at least forty-five days in advance, in writing. This certificate may be subject to high season blocked out periods. VAMH LLC is not to be held responsible for any act of God, and/or any other circumstances beyond our control, causing destinations to become unavailable. In the event that such a circumstance occurs, Holiday Travel of America (preferred travel fulfillment center) will offer a substitute destination. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree to indemnify and hold VAMH LLC and its affiliates harmless against all costs, expenses and losses arising out of a claim relating to any vacation certificate you receive.

VAMH LLC makes no representation or warranties that any of the copy or availability information published on VIPTripRewards.com.com is accurate or up-to-date.

VAMH LLC does not warrant that the operation of its’ website will be either error-free or uninterrupted.

VAMH LLC reserves the right to change pricing on any vacation package or travel reward without notice.

All services performed are sold to or through the corporate web site that is located in the State of Nevada. It is agreed that any arbitration or adjudicated action must take place in the State of Nevada., U.S.A.

VIPTripRewards.com (VAMH LLC) will make sure that the privacy of our clients, travelers, and website visitors are protected at all times. VAMH LLC will collect information that is pertinent from clients that is required for billing. This information will only be used to process your purchase and to update you with related updates concerning your account.
As a client and traveler we will require your full name, email address, phone number and address. This information will not be shared with any third party at any time and is only used to contact you when required and to use when our preferred travel fulfillment center needs to reach you.

On occasion VAMH LLC will send you marketing material that is helpful and informational. At any time you could “unsubscribe” to such material. Please understand we will contact you when it concerns your account at any time

There are a few occasions which are listed here where it will be necessary to share your information: 1) VAMH LLC will also have a 3rd party on occasion do marketing services where it is agreed to keep your information confidential. 2) Occasionally we will need to survey all of our clients to better our service. When this is done we will use an outside survey company which has agreed to keep your information confidential as well. 3) VAMH LLC will use a preferred travel fulfillment center, Holiday Travel of America (HTOA).  HTOA will contact each traveler to assist them with their travel plans. VAMH LLC will share your contact information with HTOA for this reason.

For website visitors that have chosen to “opt in” to our newsletter on our front page you will receive newsletters and other marketing information to your email address. At any time you can “unsubscribe” to those marketing emails.

REFUND POLICY

VAMH LLC has a 30 day unconditional money back guarantee for any vacation package purchased through any of its promotions either online or by phone. To receive a full refund the client must send a written certified letter canceling his or her purchase to VIP Trips; 911 N. Buffalo Dr., Las Vegas NV 89128.
